At Shainatown Studio, we are committed to creating and delivering high-quality art prints and custom pieces that bring creativity and joy to your space. As a small studio offering handcrafted and made-to-order products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for items simply because of a change of mind.
We understand that issues may arise during shipping or production. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will be happy to replace it at no additional cost to you.
Eligibility for Replacements
To be eligible for a replacement due to damage or defect, the following conditions must be met:
- You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- You must provide clear photo evidence of the damage or defect.
- The item must be unused and in the condition it was received.
We will assess the issue and notify you if a replacement will be sent. In most cases, if the damage is verified, a new item will be shipped to you promptly.
Refunds
Refunds are only offered in special cases where a replacement cannot be provided or the issue cannot be resolved with a new shipment.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original method of payment. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.
We do not offer refunds for:
- Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling after delivery
- Custom or personalized items (unless damaged)
- Orders returned without prior approval
Custom & Personalized Items
Many of our products are made to order or personalized based on your input. For this reason, we are unable to accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges for custom pieces unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Please double-check all custom information (such as names, colors, and sizes) before submitting your order.
Shipping Policy for Replacements
If your replacement is approved, we will cover all shipping costs for the new item. You will not be required to return the damaged item unless we request it for quality review.
Please ensure the shipping address you provide is accurate and secure. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
Gifts
We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for items marked as gifts. Any eligible refunds will be issued to the original purchaser’s payment method.
